There is a joke in here somewhere about 2 Corinthians, but I’m going to pass. Perhaps Barry Schwartz’s “The Paradox of Choice: Why More Is Less,” or James K. A. Smith’s “You Are What You Love: The Spiritual Power of Habit.”
