Just stopping back by to say “hi” and (more or less) “bye.”

This is a lovely platform, but I find that my interests run very strongly to current events. That’s just the way I’m wired.

So rather than injecting even mild controversy here by commenting on hot-button issues, I’m hanging out mostly here and here (for longer pieces).

I see no reason to quit here, but I’m not visiting much.
