Maine has now joined Colorado in excluding Donald Trump from ballots. I’m chewing on this: Which is more “banana republic:” (1) kicking him off the ballot only after he emerges as the frontrunner or (2) not kicking him off the ballot, despite the Constitution, because he is a frontrunner?
