The wrong lesson to take from today’s Barr v. Am. Ass’n of Political Consultants decision is that robocalls will now cease. (1) Few robocalls fit the unconstitutional exception; (2) Most robocalls are illegal, which is why they are based offshore and spoof plausible numbers.
