Indiana’s soon-to-be-ex-Attorney General has joined in Texas’ jackassery. I guess I should be grateful that we didn’t initiate it but merely piled on.
Prediction: SCOTUS will deny leave to file this “Original Action,” but will they explain the utter stupidity of it?
